Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Workshop
Attention Seniors - Medicare Part D Prescription Plan Open Window for Enrollment is now in effect. If you need help in choosing a plan or wish to change your current plan, sign up for one of the workshops sponsored by the Library in cooperation with CVS Pharmacists. Advance Directives: Five Wishes Workshop - Monday, December 8, 7:00 p.m.
Obtain practical advice and legal tools necessary to help specify your future medical care should you become seriously ill. Each attendee will receive a copy of the Five Wishes Booklet allowing for designation of a Health Care Agent and the kind of medical treatment and level of personal care desired.
